Hubers Random Thoughts on 2/27

So I was just thinking about blogging. It is supposed to be a great way to express your opinions but... it is up to the mass populous to decide if they want to read them. It is not broadcast to the public. So is it really a massexpression of opinion? Once you write it should you feel like all of the world now knows your opinion just because you put it out there. There is nothing forcing or even compelling them to read this unless you, for whatever reason, evoke a lot of curiosity in strangers. One would imagine that putting a sticker on the back of your car gets more exposure than does your blog. It seems sad that your"Meat is Murder" "John Kerry '04" or "I Love City Life" sticker gives more people ammunition to form an opinion about you than does something you took possibly hours crafting on your blog.

Do I have a point? No. Am I suggesting blogs worthless? No. Do I expect even one person to say to me, "hey I read your blog and you were right on" or "hey I read your blog and you are an idiot"? No. But I do expect to be called an idiot.
